Industry trade body, bacta, is delighted to announce that its popular business-to-business trade exhibition, The Entertainment, Attractions & Gaming International Expo (EAG), will go ahead as an online event from 27-28 January 2021.
Offering a combination of virtual exhibition stands, an exciting seminar programme and the ever-popular bacta networking lounge, EAG Online 2021 presents a real opportunity for exhibitors and visitors to continue to do serious business. With meeting scheduling, live chat, live video and networking capabilities, the online event will continue to bring the coin-operated attractions and wider entertainment and leisure industries together, albeit in a different way.
EAG 2021 was originally due to take place in January 2021 at ExCeL London, but due to ongoing uncertainty caused by the pandemic, bacta was forced to cancel the face-to-face exhibition earlier this year. However, behind the scenes both EAG Expo and bacta have been working hard to find new ways to support the industry and communicate latest industry developments in these challenging times.

Ukrainian Gaming Week
New date of UGW: February 24-25
Postponement of the event to a later date allows securing everyone who declared participation in the exhibition or planned to attend as a guest.
Moreover, the decision to host Ukrainian Gaming Week in 2021 enables organizers to form an even more intense program and ensure seamless access to the event for both Ukrainian and foreign delegates and attendees.
Ukrainian Gaming Week is the largest, after legalization of the gambling business, industry event that will bring together industry leaders interested in the revival of the legal gambling market in Ukraine.
The event’s program involves a two-day exhibition of gambling products and services, conference featuring lawmakers, Ukrainian and foreign experts, open lecture session, UGW Awards, and a party.

The event is hosted by the international Smile-Expo company that focuses on the organization of events dedicated to innovations.
Ukrainian Gaming Week will take place on February 24-25 in Kyiv at the International Exhibition Centre.

G2e LAs Vegas Event Postponed 2020
“In light of continued uncertainty around a viable marketplace at a physical G2E show, global travel restrictions, and currently unknown guidance on large public gatherings this fall, we have come to the unfortunate conclusion that we simply cannot hold an in-person G2E this year,” said AGA President and CEO Bill Miller. “Health and safety have always been our top priority and the uncertainty created by the ongoing pandemic makes this the prudent decision ahead of critical deadlines for exhibitors planning to participate.”
For 20 years, G2E has welcomed nearly 30,000 attendees annually from across the globe, including executives representing key industry partners such as the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers, as well as the world’s top casino operators, sports betting companies, and FinTech and digital payments facilitators, among others.
“We arrived at this decision after thoughtfully engaging with national, state, and local public health authorities, as well as exhibitors and buyers who have shared industry observations and priorities. Ultimately, it became clear that proceeding with an in-person gathering simply was not feasible,” said Hervé Sedky, Reed ExhibitionsAmericas President.
“It is our commitment to use G2E’s platform, as the leading convener of the global gaming community, to continue to deliver unparalleled education content, inspiring collaboration, and innovative ideas as the industry readies for continued growth,” added Sedky.
“As the country works to reopen, the American gaming industry continues to adapt and provide the safest possible experience for our employees and customers while continuing to support the communities in which we operate. We look forward to the moment when we can convene together again with our colleagues from across the world and celebrate the resilience that our industry is known for,” concluded Miller.

Tournament Application Process
Tournament Registration for all divisions is open at https://tm2sign.com/#/ August 1st, 2018 and will remain open until December 30th, 2020 or until each division is full.
How to Pay for Team Registration
Once you have registered on https://tm2sign.com/#/ you will be sent an invoice where you can pay by credit card.
Your date of receipt will be the time we receive both your registration and payment entry in our office.
Acceptance into the The Atlantic City Invitational
Acceptance for all divisions is a first-come, first-served determined by both the Date of Entry Completion, which is the time we receive your registration and payment in our office.
Refund Policy
Any team withdrawing from the event MUST submit an email from the Club Director to us stating the team is withdrawing.
There are no refunds of entry fees once a team registers for the event and submits payment except for the following two circumstances:
1.) Exception One: If the Atlantic City Invitational denies a team entry because the division is filled, the team may cancel its application and receive a full refund of its team registration fee, OR may go on a waiting list.
2.) Exception Two: If the Atlantic City Invitational officially places a team on a waiting list, the team may withdraw and obtain a full refund of its team registration fee anything before the event accepts the team into the tournament from the waiting list. Once a team has been accepted into the event, they will not receive a refund.
Team registration fees are non-transferable from one club to another.

Teams that do not check in to the tournament will be subject to a forfeit of their first match.
Player & Staff Passes
At Team Check-In, the Team Representative is issued bag tags for each player and staff member on the roster (up to 12 players and 3 staff members). These bag tags are included as part of the Team Registration Fee – there is no extra charge for them.
Staff members listed on more than one roster receive only one bag tag for the event.
All bag tags must be picked up at one time by the person checking in the team.
Coaches, please remember to issue your player’s bag tags before you ask them to meet you inside the playing venue. Players who do not have a bag tag will not be allowed into the playing facility.
Results and Roster Updates:
- Review Your Roster: Make any necessary roster changes, additions, or deletions. No handwritten changes of any sort are allowed on the Team Roster at Check-In. We will print rosters on Wednesday, January 13th, 2021 at 5:00 pm. Please have all updates completed at that time.
- Team & Coach Requirements: All coaches on the Team Check-In Form must be, at a minimum, IMPACT certified. All adult coaches listed on the Team Check In Form must have a current background check through their Region, or AAU Sports.
To expedite your team check-in process, please have a copy of your roster at check-in. All players participating in the event must be on the roster and may not be on multiple rosters of teams in the event.
ROSTER CHANGES MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO CHECKING IN.
We will have printers at check-in if coaches need to print out rosters.
Spectator Information
Spectator entrance to the Atlantic City Invitational requires a guest wristband, no exceptions.
(You must wear the wristband at all times. No holding onto wristbands, placement on pursues etc. You will be asked to wear the wristband on your wrist. Failure to do so will result in removal from the tournament and potentially “86” from the property).

Winners receive a FREE* entry into the AAU National Championships in Orlando, FL, the West Coast Championships in Las Vegas, NV, or the Volleyball Festival in Phoenix, AZ.
*Winning teams in age divisions with 12 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships, the West Coast AAU Championships, or the Volleyball Festival. In divisions with less than 12 teams, the entry fee will be discounted.
All teams must register for the event by the appropriate deadline. The National and West Coast Championships, as well as the Volleyball Festival are open to any team, no qualifying required. AAU Membership Guidelines:
- This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.
- All participants must have current AAU membership numbers before the competition begins (pending status is not acceptable). Visit www.aauvolleyball.org to obtain membership (club, non-athlete, and athlete membership required).
- Membership is not included in the event entry fee.
- BE PREPARED: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event. Please allow up to 10 days for membership to be processed.
